PMA Facilitator
The PMA Facilitator is trained to help clients with psychosomatic health complaints, relationship issues and behavior problems. In addition, the PMA Facilitator presents the basic principles of PMA in a casual and informative way to anyone who’s interested. This is usually done in little groups in private homes. The main theme of these home seminars is the awareness of who we are, what we want and what our hidden talents and possibilities are. The participants learn how PMA can help them to increase their awareness, how to get a better health and more success in life. For many who want to learn to apply PMA on others or make PMA their career, the PMA Facilitator education is the first step.

PMA Lifestyle Trainer
The PMA Lifestyle Trainer is the first stage of the PMA Coach education program. He or she attended the PMA Coach classes and is now helping clients with the PMA technique. After a year and proof of a successful practice, the PMA Lifestyle Trainer receives his or her certification as a PMA Coach.
PMA Coach
The certified PMA Coach is trained to provide individual assistance during one-on-one PMA coaching sessions and has at least one year of practice experience. An average coaching session usually takes about two hours. A PMA Coach is trained to help clients understand the root cause of emotional and psychosomatic complaints, as well as the source of behavioral problems, relationship issues, or how to achieve better results within a business or government organization.
Although usually more powerful and effective than well-known therapeutic treatments, PMA is not a therapy. A PMA Coach makes no medical diagnosis, does not prescribe any medication, draws no conclusions for the client and will never force any advice or course of action onto the client. To achieve results, every client just has to understand his or her own subconscious processes and become aware of the content of their own bad clusters. This all happens by using the advanced PMA questioning technique that reveals the sabotaging power of bad clusters. This will automatically lead to the necessary insight for the client to draw his or her own conclusions. The PMA process will unleash huge amounts of healthy energy that are held in captivity by the subconsciously hidden bad clusters.

PMA Trainer
The PMA Trainer is also a PMA Coach but has added to his or her capacity the skills to deliver PMA seminar and training programs to groups of people. The PMA Trainer holds a license to deliver several PMA training and seminar modules to improve health, relationships, financial problems, selling skills, management skills, etc. The PMA Trainer presents in-company training as well as open enrollment seminars. The first contact between a company and PMA is often through a PMA Personal Improvement Party, an amusing and enlightening program with great opportunities for growth and improvement.

An assistant PMA Business Coach is an experienced PMA Coach and PMA Trainer. He or she is also specialized to execute the PMA Management Support Plan within the corporate world, as explained in the book Mind-Blowing Management.
An Assistant PMA Business Coach is experienced in the advanced PMA questioning technique and is an expert in registering non-verbal signals, to determine whether the employees fully cooperate and are driven by real and honest belief systems of loyalty to the organization, or if they try to avoid honest answers and confrontations with all kinds of tricks and political games. The PMA interviews do not only result in direct benefits for the individual, but also have a positive effect on the entire company.
PMA Business Coach
The PMA Business Coach is in possession of all previous qualities. He or she is the one that has control over the entire implementation of the PMA Management Support Plan in a company. The PMA Business Coach is the direct contact person for the CEO and management. He or she discusses with the CEO and management team what modules of the Management Support Plan will be used within the company and at in what time frame. The PMA Business Coach directs the tasks and involvement of the Assistant PMA Business Coach and the PMA Coaches during the implementation of the Management Support Plan.
PMA Master Coach
The PMA Master Coach is the highest level you can reach in performing PMA. The PMA Master Coach will primarily perform one-on-one personal PMA coaching. The PMA Master Coach is especially needed when a client deals with very deep-rooted negative experiences in his or her life. For that, special skills are required, skills that only a PMA Master Coach possesses. A PMA Master Coach has many years of experience as PMA Coach and is an expert in all the ins and outs of the PMA Coaching techniques.
